Hurta River Estates is a recently completed 54 lot restricted residential subdivision nestled on the Colorado River located in the thriving City of Smithville, Texas.

Smithville is rich in history and is filled with ever growing local options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and other local businesses that provide the ideal laid back lifestyle for you and your family to enjoy. The Buescher State Park is within 2 miles of the subdivision and it too provides many recreational opportunities for visitors.
